Registration - South
Registration year – September 1, 2026 to August 31 2027.  A non refundable registration fee of $100 is due when your child's spot has been confirmed 

Registration fee payment options  (cash, cheque or credit card). Cheques payable to REACH, credit card payments can be added to your card and cash can be dropped off at the front reception.

I agree to pay in full, Reach Early Learning Centre Fees.  This will be paid by postdated checks dated for the first of each month, by Visa or MasterCard authorization or in cash. I understand that a $25.00 fee will be charged for any NSF cheques.  I further understand that one month’s written notice is required if I choose to withdraw my child.  In lieu of written notice, a one-month fee will be charged.
I understand that the form I am signing is effective for the beginning of September 2026.

Schedule and Fees
At this time we are only offering 5 days a week fulltime childcare. Fees reflect our fee minus the Childcare Fee Reduction Initiative. 
Our fees:
Monday to Friday $1075 minus CCFRI $545 = $530
Parents pay $530 per month.

Your child will be enrolled for 5 days/full time childcare. This does not mean they need to attend 5 days for the full day. You have the flexibility to skip days or bring your child in later or pick up earlier. Families will still pay the full time fee.

EMERGENCY CONTACT

Reach Early Learning Centre is authorized to contact the following individuals in cases of emergency when I am unavailable or cannot be reached other than parent/guardian.

In case of a medical emergency when the parents/legal guardians or alternate emergency contacts cannot be reached, I authorize Reach Early Learning Centre to transport my child, by ambulance, to the nearest medical facility or hospital.

Pickup

The following individuals are authorized by me to pick up my child from Reach Early Learning Centre.  If, at any time, someone not on this list will be picking up my child, I will advise the preschool in advance either by phone or in writing.  Any individuals listed or not may be asked to produce photo identification.  I understand that the individuals listed below are authorized to pick up my child at any time, with or without notification being provided to Reach Early Learning Centre.
